The process is broken into three main steps:

1. Free Credit Review — we evaluate your reports for errors

2. Dispute Inaccuracies — we communicate with credit bureaus and creditors on your behalf to request corrections

3. Track Your Progress — we provide monthly update calls and you can reach out anytime for status updates

No. While we work diligently to challenge and remove inaccurate or unverifiable items, we cannot remove accurate, timely, or verifiable negative items from your credit report. Results vary based on your credit history.

Timeline depends heavily on the specific items on your reports and how cooperative the bureaus or creditors are. Some clients see a 100+ point increase in 60–90 days for certain items.

Levels offers two plans:

• Basic Plan — $80/month: Covers one credit bureau, review of accounts/demographics, letter sending, 1-on-1 coaching, monthly update calls

• Preferred Plan — $100/month: Covers all three credit bureaus with the same services applied across all of them

You can cancel anytime, and no fees are charged before work is performed.

You have the freedom to stop the service at any point. You will not be charged additional fees for canceling, and no work is billed before it’s done.

Not always. While many clients do experience score improvements, it's not guaranteed. The extent of progress depends on your credit profile, the items disputed, and how successful the disputes are.

You will receive monthly update calls about your credit repair progress. Also, you can reach out at any time in between those calls with questions or updates.

We send formal letters and communications directly to credit bureaus and relevant creditors on your behalf to dispute inaccuracies or request validations. These communications follow accepted procedures and guidelines.

Yes. Transparency is one of Levels’ pillars. You’ll be kept informed every step of the way. We provide monthly reports, progress updates, and open communication channels so you know exactly what’s being done on your behalf.
